About ZOLO

The services provided by ZOLO PTE LTD and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Company”,  “ZOLO”, “ZOLO Entities”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) consist of an omnichannel digital platform (“Platform”, “ZOLO App”, “Software”, or “Service”) that allows our customers to store, manipulate, analyze and transfer messages, emails and files between their customers and their business systems, as well as other services and tools offered by us from time to time which our customers have selected (and which may be subject to supplemental terms) (“Services”). A “Customer” (or “you”) is an entity or individual (“User”) with whom ZOLO has an agreement to provide the Services.

About the Privacy Policy

When you use our Services, you are trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control. This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do to protect your information.  

ZOLO may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site (“ZOLO Website”). Your continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, as amended. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, as amended, you must stop using the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy from time to time.

The Information We Collect

Personal Information (“Personal Data” or “User Data”) is collected and processed when you use the Service. This information can be divided into three general categories: information you provide to us, information collected automatically, and information that we obtain from a third party.

• Information you provide to us. You may give us information about you by making an enquiry about our Services, using our Services or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register for our Services (or for business customer, act as the company's business representative to register for Services), such as your name, username, email address, credit card information, telephone number and other information that helps us register you to use our Services.
• Information collected automatically. We automatically collect certain information from you when you use our Services through the ZOLO App, including IP address, User Agent and Device ID, and information regarding your use of our Services such as our log of your visits, site access requests, uploads and downloads.
• Information that we obtain from a third party. ZOLO may, at times, allow administrators of the ZOLO Account to determine access rights. In doing so, the administrator of your Services (which might be you) can include the email addresses of other persons who are to be given access to the Services under that account. If you are the administrator of the account, you acknowledge and undertake to us that you have the consent of the individual concerned to provide their email address for this purpose.

We also collect and store your information each time you interact with ZOLO, for example, when you communicate with us by email, activate new Services, or complete forms on our website. We also store information about the Services you purchase, such as the type of services or product you purchased, date of purchase, and information relating to any support issue.

Purposes of using Personal Information

We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer our customers. These purposes include:

• Identification of the User;
• Provision of personalized services and services to the User;
• Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information concerning use of the Service, provision of services, as well as processing of requests and requests from the User;
• Carrying out statistical and other studies based on impersonal data;
• Carrying out marketing actions for Users, including for the purpose of distribution of offers to participate in the promotion and receipt of prizes/rewards provided by the promotion;
• Distribution of advertising and information materials on telecommunication networks, including through the use of telephone, Internet, mobile radiotelephone, or direct contacts;
• To resolve disputes and identify problems;​
• To prevent potentially prohibited and illegal acts;
• Targeting of mailing, advertising materials and other information communicated to the Users.

Cookies and Other Identifiers

We use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, Flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to enhance your experience using the Services. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functionality.

You have the option to permit installation of such Cookies or subsequently disable them. You may accept all Cookies, or instruct the web browser to provide notice at the time of installation of Cookies, or refuse to accept all Cookies by adjusting the relevant function in the web browser of your computer. However, in the event of your refusal to install Cookies, ZOLO may be prevented from providing some of its Services available to you.

Transfer of Personal Information to Third Parties

ZOLO does not sell or transfer personal information of users to third parties. Personal information of users can be provided only in the following cases, as well as to affiliates who comply with the requirements of this Privacy Policy and take all necessary actions to protect personal data.

• With Your Consent. We will disclose your information if you have agreed that we may do so. We will make this clear to you at the point at which we collect your information, including the purpose(s) for which we will use the data.
• Compliance with Laws. We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement agencies, and governmental authorities (i) to comply with our legal obligations, (ii) to comply with legal process and to respond to claims asserted against ZOLO, (iii) to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal liability, (iv) to enforce agreements with users, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of ZOLO, its employees, and affiliates.
• Business Transfers. We may, at our discretion, assign all of our rights and obligations under this Privacy Policy to any of our affiliates in connection with the merger, accession, restructuring or sale of the Service, by law or otherwise. In addition, information about you may be transferred to any of our affiliates, successors or the new owner of the Service.
• Subcontractors. We engage other companies and individuals to provide individual services such as: website support, deleting repetitive information, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links, processing payments, providing customer service and others. Subcontractors may have access to personal information, which is necessary to carry out their tasks, but may not use the data for other purposes.

Information Security

ZOLO takes the security of user data seriously. We take various steps to protect the information you provide to us from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology.

We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, it is not possible to guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet. You use the Service and provide us with information at your own discretion and risk. However, if, for any reason, your personal information is unauthorized to third parties, you will be notified within 72 hours.

Final provisions

The User can at any moment change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or her or part of it, as well as its privacy parameters, using the function of editing personal data in the personal office. Personal data is stored on the Service until you stop using the Service. In case of deletion of data from the Service at the initiative of one of the parties, personal data of the user is stored in databases of the Service for not more than six months. Upon expiration of the above-mentioned period of storage of personal data of the user, personal data of the user is destroyed.
